- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On an almost daily basis I am watching YouTube videos to teach myself new tricks, reading photography books or following other photographers' blogs who I admire.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a strong interest in Photography- I took a film class in college, and have always scrapbooked and saved up for the latest and greatest digital cameras. The moment that triggered me wanting to do it as a side business was when I was in Alaska and saw some beautiful landscapes or animals that I realized I needed a better camera for- I did my research, got myself a professional camera and tested it out on friends. I was hooked and have been bettering and educating myself ever since.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My common jobs I do for my clients are family photos, children or newborn, maternity, engagement, holiday, and headshots.
