JM Pilates

Introduction: There are two things JM Pilates can offer: a unique environment to do Pilates and a unique approach. I have an at-home studio, so if privacy is a concern for you, this is perfect. My studio is fully equipped with four main pieces of equipment plus many props, tools, and smaller devices. As for my approach, I am also a classically trained singer who teaches singing and voice work, so my approach to breathing can truly help you break through exercises you've struggled with or tensions that have been unrelenting. Nurturing, supportive, positive but very hardworking are what you'll get from JM Pilates. Lastly, my qualifications are a mat certification from PhysicalMind Institute and a comprehensive mat/equipment certification from Core Dynamics Pilates. I am CPR certified and fully insured.
