A. It's our honestly and integrity people can feel right over the phone. Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The real difference we are making in people's lives with our unbelievably affordable prices. We really enjoy the different people we meet and the smile of relief on their face means a job well done. I like the long lasting relationships we keep with our customer's. When A Plumber Now was established in 1988 we made a promise to change plumbing like never before and were gladly doing it! we really mean business when we say "we want your business for a life time not just one time".
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. My grandfather and my father used to ride around the streets of Chicago knock from door to door to see what plumbing & sewer work needed to be done, By the time I was 13 they thought it would be a good idea for me to get in the field. I was thrilled because even before I could walk I had the plumbers crack poking right out my diaper I'm told, ha ha made ya laugh, getting back I grew a passion even more learning the skills of plumbing & sewer. Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. our plumbers are constantly continuing our education to stay updated on the latest plumbing & sewer technoligies, we have been studying the field, for over 70 years. We have heating & air conditioning specialist as well. We are licensed electricians as well. We know as consumers ourselves not only is an affordable price important, but educational backgrounds, in the field. We walk our customers through exactly what we are doing, giving our customers a better knowledge and understanding of their plumbing , or sewer issue. We help our customers prevent disasters.
