An absolute horrible experience. My home warranty recommended this company for service to my water heater. My home warranty service initially stated a representative from the company would call me in 20 minutes; no one ever call. When I called an hour later, I was connected to a cell phone which played unprofessional music as I waited to be connected. When I finally spoke to someone at 773-891-6322, the representative was rude and unprofessional, rushed me off the phone, did not ask the make/model of water heater, and interrupted me mid-sentence to say he had the part for my water heater. He said he would come by at 5pm. After rearranging my schedule, no call no show. Highly disappointed that business is conducted in this unprofessional manner and he has NO disregard for customers. As a result of his unprofessionalism, I have been without hot water for 2 days!

Homeowner requested a unrealistic hour and I gave her a 5pm appt. Provided the job ahead of hers was completed. Well it wasn't and I did call her but all I heard was I left early and your late. I also told ma'am I wouldn't diagnose a plumbing issues on a hot water heater on the phone due to gas issues. I'm sorry you felt I did wrong but I didn't

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY DESCRIBED EVERYTHING THEY WERE DOING TO MY PLUMBING WHILE IT WAS REPAIRED. SO I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM

Deniza's plumbing installed a water heater for me. The installation was NOT to building code, was told that he did not have time or the proper tools to do it correctly. What plumber does not have a torch or solder on their truck!...by the way it was 3pm!! I could have installed it better myself!
