It's been a pleasure to work with Neuma these last few years. They have exceeded my expectations. As a busy professional, I've been investing a significant portion of my net worth in real estate. Neuma's property management services are highly recommend! The team is simply amazing. We are out of town and it is obviously difficult managing tenants remotely. Neuma tackled the repairs from damages done by previous tenants and found a stable new renter in a very fast turnaround time. They have done an excellent job maximizing this investment and gave us the peace of mind to execute on new opportunities that they have helped identify. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them!

Working with Neuma has eased a heavy burden for me. I'm a hands on person with a can-do attitude and I used to manage my building by myself but I quickly realized that I was in over my head. The Neuma team has made it seamless and I no longer have to worry about anything. Another huge value they provide is that they are advisors and help with strategizing on the investment - it's like they are always thinking about maximizing return on investment which has impacted how I think about real estate investing. We’ve had a wonderful experience working with Neuma’s team. They are professional, responsive, and reasonably priced. I was having difficult leasing up an 8-unit property during COVID, but they were very helpful in stabilizing the building and have consistently raised rents and kept expenses low. They have eased the burden and stress of property ownership and I’m grateful!
