Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. In any market, most importantly a challenging market, the experience of the professional you are looking to work with is key. The experiences of the Realtor needs to have evolved with the market while incorporating the knowledge and skills learned along the way.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. What really matters to the buyers and sellers are not national numbers. All real estate markets are local to the street, neighborhood and property type.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. What is that you as the real estate professional, brings to the table in my best interest to buy or sell a home?
