Creative Exteriors, Inc. started out over 30 years ago doing only siding, roofing, soffit, fascia, gutters and downspouts. 3 years after that, we started doing replacement and storm windows, and 4 to 5 years later, we started doing kitchen and bathroom remodeling.

I just never changed the name of my company in the 30 plus years that I have been in business. We are certified by the EPA, have general liability and workman's comp. insurance, and are bonded.

We have a 5-star rating with ServiceMagic and the Better Business Bureau just upgraded our rating to A+, which is the highest rating that they award.

We can do small jobs, as well as gut out and completely rehab an entire house. As usual, no payment is due until the entire job is done and you are satisfied.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We have been in business under the same name for over 30 years and all of our windows come standare with double locks, nite locks, 1/2 screens and we offer argon gas and low 'e' as a no cost option. We replace any rotten wood and cap the outside wood in aluminum at no additional cost. There is no minimum purchase and we only ask for money when the job is done and you are satisified. In addition to replacement windows we also do siding, roofing, soffit,fascia,gutters and downspouts. We can also do full kitchen and bathroom remodeling.

A. Making sure that the jobs that we preform are done correctly and on time.

A. How much of a downpayment do you want? Nothing
when can i expect my windows to be installed? Within 2 weeks. How long have you been in business? Over 30 years. Are you a member of the bbb? No, but i have an a+ rating with them which is the highest rating that they award. I would cost me $500 a year to be a member and i am not willing to pay that. Where are your windows made? In chicago and i get delivery within 7 to 10 days after ordered. What type of warranty do you offer? Lifetime on the frame and internal parts and 20 years on the glass seal that covers both labor and material. Most manufactures only cover the window and not the labor, we cover both,
