Select this company if you want someone who won't honor their quote, who will hang up on the customer while in a phone conversation, and who uses deceptive sales practices. Chicago Roofing was asked to provide a quote on a roof repair. They provided the quote. I confirmed the quote and so did my General Contractor. We submitted the paperwork to my bank and the quote was part of the fixed cost breakdown. It is not an amount that can change. They requested full amount up front. We were willing to provide it. When it was time to start the work, they refused to do the work at that amount. We now only have 4 weeks left to complete the work. Without the roofing done, I will be in default of my loan. A business I spent 20 years building will be bankrupt because they refuse to honor their agreed upon quote.
