- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to become a tutor because the Spanish language is my passion. I truly love to help people and therefore one day decided that tutoring would be a perfect job for me! I am very patient, understanding, and easy to talk to, so this line of work suits me well.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I am particularly proud of the work I have been doing with one of my students. She is a 40 year old woman who has been studying Spanish for a few years now but just can't get the grasp of it. When she first started working with me she was failing her class and by the end of the semester she passed her class with a C+. I was not only proud of her but of myself as well because I actually helped her achieve her goals.
