Fit Liz Chicago - Lizette Reyes Fitness Coach

Introduction: As a Beachbody coach, I help customize a fitness and nutrition plan using elite programs and products by Beachbody like P90X, TurboJam, Insanity and a breakthrough in nutrition, Shakeology, and so much more. Beachbody has options for everyone -- kids, seniors, or beginners -- including a special diabetes program approved by the American Diabetes Association. I also help sponsor and support with nonprofit organizations and active military with the free Beachbody incentives. I'm now marketing in the Hispanic community. My goal is to align the resources and information to empower those who seek not only short-term results but also the tools that will help them adhere to a healthy lifestyle in the long term -- accountability, motivation and support, all while having fun on the journey and making new friendships. In addition to that, I also provide training and mentoring for those who want to implement their business or income by marketing the Beachbody programs and products online. We are looking for those who want to stay on track with their health and help others in the process. Together, we can help "end the trend" of obesity and make a positive impact in the lives of others. I am a ACE group fitness instructor and certified in CPR. I am also a Turbokick, Zumba and Piyo Instructor as well as a Spanish speaker.
