- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I injured my back while tossing and turning during a restless night's sleep. I pinched the nerves in my lower back so severely that it left me partially paralyzed with very little feelings in my lower legs. After going from Hospital to Hospital and not receiving any help other than suggestions of surgery. One of my co-workers called me to see how I was doing and suggested that I see a Naprapath. I was reluctant at first because I had never heard of a Naprapath, but as desperation set in, I deceided to go. I was extremely impressed after the first visit because I began to get increased feelings in my legs, a little sore, but I felt better. On subsequent return visits I was able to regain my ability to walk and even run. I was so Impressed that I applied to the school. I needed more class work to get accepted so I took the classes that they suggested for admission and the rest is history.
