- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
LET'S PLAN YOUR TRIP! OUR MISSION IS TO TAILOR EACH JOURNEY TO OUR CLIENT'S UNIQUE WISHES. By choosing to work with us you are hiring a professional travel advisor to make certain that your adventure is tailored to your taste, preferences, and budget. With this, you’ll receive the benefit of our vast personal travel experience, training, skills, professional relationships, and industry connections. Most importantly you will be engaging our passion to provide you with an extraordinary and memorable experience while saving you precious time. HERE’S HOW WE WORK: WE PROVIDE A COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION to understand what you want your trip to look like! We want to learn your interests, wants, preferred travel style, desired budget, and any special requests to plan your ideal travel destination(s) and itinerary. Together we uncover your vision for the perfect trip. We do charge a non-refundable Travel Design Services fee for time spent planning, researching, preparing quotes and itineraries, and booking each travel element. Once received we will start planning your itinerary. Should you decide not to book with us, any information provided is yours to keep. With our relationships, partner connections, and vast personal travel experience, we may save you money through preferred pricing and added amenities and certainly valuable time, while directing you to unique activities, excursions, and destinations for creating those memory-making moments that you may otherwise miss out on. Next, we prepare a quote. For this, each traveler needs to provide: Your full legal name as it reads on your passport (please make sure your passport is valid for 6 months beyond your return date - e.g. if traveling in September, your passport should be valid until April the following year). Your date of birth Your address Once we have an itinerary set, we will provide a deposit due date and amount, as well as the final payment due date and amount, or payment plan if applicable. Upon deposit, your bookings will be confirmed and guaranteed. We will provide travel and cancellation insurance options. We will stay in touch with relevant information and updates, especially now with ever-changing travel requirements and restrictions. After the final payment, we will create a custom mobile travel app for you with all of your booking information. We will send travel documents via email, ready to print. We will follow up approximately 10 days before and up to the day of your travel to ensure you have all the necessary travel documents and information. OUR PROFESSIONAL TRAVEL DESIGN SERVICE covers end-to-end consultation, research, recommendations, preparation of quotes and itineraries, reservations, and booking for each travel element. SINGLE DESIGNATION: $200 per person non-refundable travel design fee MULTI-DESTINATION: $275 per person non-refundable travel design fee REBOOKING FEE: $100 per person per occurrence CANCELLATION FEE: $250 per person A-LA-CARTE SERVICES: $75 per person per reservation. The scope is limited to booking only. This may include airline tickets, hotel, cruise, transfers, car rental, activities, dinner, or rail ticket reservations.
