- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is transparent, at $45 per hour per valet and per greeter, in addition to the $450 booking/coordinating fee. Rest assured, our services come with high standards and unwavering prestige. Lastly, while gratuities for our valets and greeters are not mandatory, they are greatly appreciated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For all events, there's a $450 booking/coordinating fee due upon booking, with the remaining balance payable 24 hours before the event date. (Not applicable to contract accounts) Our staff ratio is tailored to suit your needs: - For 30-50 guests: one valet and one greeter - For 100 guests: two valets and one greeter - For 200 guests: 3-4 valets and one greeter - For 300 guests: 4-5 valets and one greeter - For 400 guests: 5-6 valets and one greeter Our service time spans from a minimum of 6 hours up to 24 hours for all events.

I have been involved in the valet business for 15 years now. Over this time, I have gained invaluable experience and insights into the industry, allowing me to navigate the unique challenges and opportunities that come with working in the valet business.
