Introduction: This business is more than just parking vehicles, its about the people. Being third generation in the industry I have learned that anyone can park a vehicle and some can park them well. But only a handful of us can park them well but truly have the customers trust in handling their vehicle. Thats why I train my attendants to talk with the customer first before they hand over their keys. Welcome them to the establishment, ask them how they are today, if they need a hand with anything, and wish them a wonderful evening. Its amazing how many compliments and feedback I receive on just that, and we havent even started our job. I really love the customer service aspect and make sure my attendants do as well.
