- What types of customers have you worked with?
Each student is different. Based on what you're looking for in terms of singing, a voice lesson will be tailored to your needs. The basic format of voice lesson is as follows: 30%-50% of the first part of the lesson will consist in warm-ups and breathing exercises. The rest of the lesson we'll work on repertoire (songs).
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for a teacher that works for you. Singing and studying voice is somewhat personal and you need to "click" with your teacher in order to make progress efficiently. Unfortunately, there are many people who call themselves voice teachers and do not have the adequate academic and professional background. Beware. Make sure the teacher is experienced and is actually a vocalist who has formally studied voice.
