- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically my rate is hourly but I will work on a set budget. I will inform the customer if the project requests are outside of the proposed budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I work as a consultant to make sure the customer will have the right end deliverable. Whether it be a web site they can manage or a logo they can use on the door their cupcake business. I use a stepped or as I like to call it, a Phase process. Phase 1. Strategy and Analysis. Phase 2. Creative. Phase 3. Implementation and Development. Based on the project you will receive a more detailed breakdown of work to be done.
