- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a public speaker I travel the world and have the opportunity to meet, listen to and engage with some of the top marketing minds in the world. This opens my eyes and mind to what his happening everywhere.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I started as a pizza delivery driver I immediately fell in love with put a smile on customer's face and getting to know them. As my career ascended within Domino's I always focused on creating experiences and not just transactions. These experiences when relevant, timely and emotional are what create shareable moments. I see so many businesses challenged with treating their customers like friends that I decided to help them.
