It's simple, we really love photography and we really love photographing people but we don't like rules or boundaries -- you probably don't either.
We are OKRFOTO, breaking the rules to redefine your photography experience, one frame at a time.
After all, you only get to keep three things after the party: your ring, your spouse and your photographs.
It's really that simple.
We are based in Chicago but open to shooting worldwide, especially if beaches and 90-degree weather are involved!
OKRFOTO coverage extends through the Chicago metro area and neighboring suburbs, Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade counties, and the New York metro area. We are also available for destination weddings worldwide.
A. We specialize in creative engagement and wedding photography. Most of my jobs are weddings and engagement sessions with portrait and bridal sessions being offered as well.
A. Shop around! Look at multiple photographers portfolios before you decide to book with the first vendor you speak with. And make sure you have an opportunity to speak to your potential photographer on the phone, if he or she isn't interested in you as a person, beware.
A. - Have you photographed a wedding as lead shooter? How many?
- Have you assisted a lead photographer? For how long?
-Are you degreed or self taught?
- Why do you want to photograph my wedding?
A. I studied documentary photography for four year and I fuse my fine art sensibilities to create images that tell the narrative of your day while also capture the beauty of your celebration. I don't follow trends and I will never force you to forsake how unique you truly are.
A. I get to work for people I genuinely enjoy working for and there is no feeling in the world that compares to that!
A. How much work this takes! Although you see me for 6-10 hours during your wedding day, I spend upwards of 40+ hours in production (editing images, making albums, creating online proof galleries) after your ceremony and my job just isn't taking photographs. It's getting to know you through the 6 months to over a year that it takes for your big day to come into fruition.
