- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We urge you to call us, for more often than not you will find this rate chart a good guide, but not absolute. Let us work with you to accommodate your photo budget needs. Remember, we aim to make working with us a pleasant experience -- pricing is part of that! We do have a Sitting Fee. This term is broadly used to cover equipment setup, and all those other things, like time, travel, and so on. This fee can change, based on the assignment. You will be notified and we will agree on it beforehand. You will receive one 8x10â print of your choice. This applies to shots we do at your home, office, at a setting, or in a studio. Portraits Sitting Fee $200 . Portraits is a service we enjoy. Where people place them varies - on the wall, on the desk, in the wallet....). We provide one 8x10â fully high definition print, for no additional fee. However, we are very happy to provide larger size prints for a nominal fee, as large and as many as you like. Naturally we can adapt to your needs, up to prints that are printed on canvas, or prints that are up to 45x80 inches wide or tall Headshots Only $100 Up to 30 minutes of photography One outfit/look Unlimited amount of photos On-line proofs of all images One retouched photo in high resolution One 8x12 print Additional Options: On-Site Hair & Makeup: please call for quote Custom Shots Sitting Fee $200. We will define with you the amount of time needed for the shot For longer shoots of several hours, we will agree to a flat fee or hourly rate for the event Weddings Base Fee of $1,550 Weddings are not hard, just heavily detailed. We have a specific contract for weddings It lists the particulars that cannot be missed, like who to photograph When to arrive What general pictures are to be taken We agree to the number of photographers, length of time to be there, what type of photo book, how many prints, et al. We agree to other occasions to photo, like the Engagement Party, The Rehearsal, etc. And yes, we can do high resolution, 1080P high resolution movies!
