You do not have to be a millionaire to have a breathtaking, personal and creative wedding or special event. Let Parrott Party Productions prove it. I love that we are never doing the same thing. No Wedding or Special Event is the same and no two clients have the same idea. It is my job to meet clients and get to know them, their partner and vision. It's like a fun game to try and match a couple with the perfect floral designs, vendors/venues and decor.

Lindsay and her team were amazing! The amount of knowledge they have was great because I am someone who loves ideas! They made my room look beautiful! I could not have asked for a better planner! She made it so easy which is just what a bride needs! Also, she talks to you to figure out what you want and then makes it happen! I couldn't have been happier!

Our wedding went off without a hitch. Lindsay did such a great job the day of the wedding, I had no stress and knew everything was going as planned and that we were on time. She was at the venue setting up while we were at the ceremony and met us when we arrived. She checked in during our photos and made sure we were finished on time. Anything we needed during the reception she was there to help with right away! She was a pleasure to work with and her talent shows in all of her work!

Hired solely for help finding a venue for a milestone birthday party. Was very professional, responded to emails/telephone calls in timely manner, she was very personable. We weren't exactly sure what type of venue we wanted initially (hence my need to hire a professional). Based on the first round of venues she suggested, we ended up going in a different route and looking solely at restaurant venues. She set up various venue viewings on a specific date. She did not accompany me to the venues, however sent an UBER ride, had an itinerary, and the venue contacts were expecting me at each location. We did have an in-person meeting afterwards which allowed me to tell her my thoughts on each venue. All the above I found to be satisfactory. However, when I received the quotes from the venues it was clear that their pricing was out of my desired budget for the event. None of the venues I looked at were in my budget except for the one I personally suggested (and she added to my itinerary). Would have appreciated viewing/suggesting venues in my budget for my number of guests or to be told ahead of time that my budget wasn't realistic. She did offer to complete another venue selection for me for a fee of $300. I declined, as I had no intention of spending more money for a failed process. In the end I did a google search for venues and found my own venue for the event and we had an amazing event.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated at all! While we do have an A La Carte menu that has set pricing, our Suite pricing is based on your guest count and the length of time we have to plan your event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We stay current with the Wedding Industry by participating in Bridal Shows, traveling to the West Coast to work with our Sister Company, I DO! Wedding & Event Design and pouring over Bridal Magazines daily/nightly.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I went to an all girls Catholic High School and quickly became the resident Sweet 16 planner. I instantly knew I loved the fast paced environment and the ability to imagine a room one way and bring that vision to life.
