FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice would be to know what you want, to have your budget in mind, and to be communicative. If you're a writer who needs to have your book edited, please be sure that whatever changes I suggest are only made to improve the overall quality of the piece; the final decisions remain yours. Finally, do not ask me to do a writing test. Look at previous samples of the potential contractor's work and check for consistency.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
No writing worth even $5 is easy, and no, not anyone can literarily, coherently writer. Writing requires years of education and experience. Your hair stylist, your mechanic, and your doctor are all trained specialists; so are writers. And like those professions, if you're looking for the cheapest way out, you'll get what you pay for.
