I am a founding partner of Keener, McPhail, Salles, LLC and lead the IP practice in the firm. My group focuses on the IP needs of businesses. We provide services to several industries, including software, media, entertainment, manufacturing, distribution, real estate, and business services. We represent clients nationally and internationally in various business transactions and litigation. Our services include the following areas: - E-commerce — drafting terms and conditions, privacy policies, and disclaimers for websites and website transactions - Software — drafting EULAs, software development agreements, terms-of-use agreements, and NDAs (We have delivered services for traditional software and software as a service [SaaS].) - Copyright — copyright registrations, copyright licensing, and copyright litigation - Trademark — trademark registration, trademark licensing, and trademark litigation We have flexible fees and alternative fee structures. We represent clients on an hourly rate, for a flat fee, or on contingency basis.
