- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I gather background information in terms of health history and current level of movement and food intake over the phone and e-mail so the first time that we meet we can get started. I have a specific questionnaire for Wellness Coaching clients that helps to jump start the inquiry and bring out initial desires and roadblocks on the journey.

- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a wide variety of customers in the past 18 years of personal training and hundreds of yoga classes. The ages that I have worked with range from 16 to 80 years old. Combining the principles of Personal Training and Yoga has been a successful combination for people with compromised range of motion and recovering from injury. I have also enjoyed teaching yoga classes for adults with disabilities.
