The mission of Ki Workshop is to cultivate mindfulness, physical health, and mental well-being.
We offer private instruction, group classes, and corporate workshops in a variety of mind-body arts that focus on proper breathing, relaxation and self-awareness, including classical Hatha Yoga, Meridian Touch™ Five-Element Yoga, the traditional Japanese martial art of Aikido, and reality-oriented self-defense.
