Introduction: My yoga instruction adapts to the needs of the student. I teach many styles of yoga that can be vigorous, relaxing, or therapeutic. No matter what you are coming to yoga for, healing from an injury, relaxing tension, balance, calming the mind, or strengthening the body, you will reach those goals and receive other benefits you didn't anticipate.
My favorite thing about teaching yoga is helping people in a lasting self-empowering way. When a student tells me they are able to maintain alignment and are pain free through out their day or at the end of class and everyone is in a relaxed blissful and some people say thank you, it is the best.
