Introduction: At Eve Maids, we are a family business that specializes in cleaning the best we can and going over expectations! We started this buisness to have our employees be treated equally, paid a liviable wage, and get benefits. Our founder was discriminated and started this buisness to have our cleaners be treated fairly no matter their gender, race or language spoken. We speak English and Spanish! We also provide all our supplies. • Fixed prices only for teams with over 3 cleaners •$75 per hour only for teams with 2 cleaners •Cancellations less than 48-hour notice for a second time and more will result in a deposit equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s) to book the next cleaning. You will NOT be refunded your deposit if you cancel again. •We require full payments upfront once our employees arrive and give an estimate. *Please check our FAQ for more information*

Just WOW! I was left speechless. I couldn’t believe how detailed and thorough the cleaning was but Eve Maids cleaned areas of my home that I didn’t even realize were there. I sat still in the house for about an hour after they left because I didn’t want to ruin anything-everything was left in such perfect condition with personal touches to every room! I feel like I’m living in a 5 star hotel! The cleaning was superb and my home looks beautiful. I fired my other cleaning company immediately because they didn’t even clean at a fraction of what Eve Maids provides. Thank you all for treating my home with such a high standard of quality and care! Can’t wait to see you all again in a couple weeks!

I’m extremely happy that I found Eve maids and that I booked them for cleaning. They did a fantastic job cleaning my house. My biggest reason for writing a review is to say I have had a lot of reservations trying to find a cleaner because we couldn’t even get to the point of picking up all of the toys in order for someone to come clean and they are willing to help us with that. It’s been a huge relief.

Miracle workers - hire this Team (capital T!) And do yourself a favor. They did a full house clean for my elderly parents, top to bottom, even the unfinished basement! (Other services said they wouldnt tackle the basement.) This included the full kitchen, cabinet insides, dishes, and stove! They exceeded ALL of my expectations and i cant say enough good things about them. This is a very well run and hardworking small business with an amazing well-coordinated team. I contacted them last Thursday, they came out at 9pm same day after their workday to evaluate the project. We agreed on a price but i offered to pay more at the end if they needed (it was a big job.) Three days later, and the house was DONE. They sent a crew of 5 who hit like lightning! They wrapped up at 5pm sharp having done MORE than i expected. They also did some extra areas that werent included in the bid! This included bringing in an industrial carpet cleaner for the room i was using to store furniture / junk. I thought there wouldnt be enough time and space to get that room. Well, they proved me wrong in the best way. Just WOW. They did such an amazing job overall i asked if the price we agreed on was enough for his team, but, they stood by it. Will 100% hire them again - what a great team & small business!!

We are so pleased with the cleaning job. We did a deep clean and the cleaners worked hard and everything was perfect when they were finished. We also have 2 dogs. We would highly recommend Eve maids and will be hiring them again.

Eve Maids crew cleaned my house like no other service I tried. They surprised me by vacuuming my sofas along with the cushions, stove top oven vents and interior windows, for example. I asked for a deep clean and they certainly did so with courtesy and professionalism. I’ve scheduled for them to come back for regular cleanings. I highly recommend the company.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is effected by rooms, bathrooms, floors, and the type of cleaning needed. We also have extra cost for cleaning of walls, oven, fridges, windows, and also outside of a home hallways. We offer discounts after the first cleaning if you want to have weekly, biweekly and monthly cleanings.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is first discussing about their home. We like to discuss about what type of cleaning is needed and how large their home is. After, we give an estimate and provide our availability that the customer desires.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees have over 3+ years of experience in the cleaning business, they are all trained to be professional cleaners! If any problems, repairs, or anything gets broken, you have up to 48 hours to let us know, if it’s not reported up to 48 hours, we cannot fix it.
