I cannot rave enough about this company. They are honest, reliable, and have fair rates. They are also very professional. Originally, due to a diagnostic from Four Seasons, we were told that the furnace needed to be replaced. The quoted price was extremely high. A family member recommended that I contact Addit as they had a wonderful experience with them in the past. Not only, did they come out the next business day (I left a voicemail at the tail end of the business day prior), but a thorough review of the system was done and they were able to communicate, in laymens terms, what the issue was, how it occurred, and what was needed to resolve. They couldve easily told me that a new furnace was needed and just quoted a lower price... but no... they were extremely honest and explained that only a few parts were needed at a fraction of the cost! They then performed all of the work in a timely manner.We will definitely be using Addit for any future heating or cooling needs.

Replaced 2 Furnaces and A/C units at my house. They were installed timely and very neatly. The Rheem units are doing a great job keeping my house cool. It is amazing how quiet all of units operate. I have noticed quite the savings on the summer Nipsco bill, waiting to see the savings in the winter. Addit did a great job.

I have used Addit primarily for maintenance and repairs at commercial properties. The service met my needs and my budget. Also, I really appreciated the companys advice when I was contemplating decisions of whether to replace equipment or repair instead. Great father and son team.
