- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge hourly and have a three hour minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To do a onsite assessment of their space to develop a work plan to de-clutter and organize the problem areas. We sort the piles for keep, take action on, shred or toss and recycle. I then set up a new file system or re-organize your current files by purging and archiving the old paperwork. We also help you gather the items together for donation or junk.
