Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. When hiring any Designer make sure they have the necessary experience. There are many "newcomers" in the industry who have no real experience dealing clients face to face.

Print designs seem to be one of the most overlooked categories in the design world. Just because a designer can throw some fancy images on a design does not mean they know what they are doing. It takes years of experience to know what colors, what imagery and the style a specific business is looking for and we have that experience!

A great web designer does not just sit down at the computer and start designing. A website takes planning, strategy and last of all, great execution. Establishing a close relationship with a client is a must if a Web Designer is to know exactly what they require from their website and we like to think were the best at it.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. If I were a customer looking for someone in the Design world to create something for me, I would definitely want to know how long each person I may potentially hire has been in business.

Hiring a "new" company is risky because they probably have no real world experience and they could be stealing artwork and ideas from other designers.

A true designer will create everything from scratch without a template or without the help from another designers ideas. Creating a design to the clients needs is a must because it is their money and they expect to have something great to show for their business.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. A few good questions to start out with may be, how many years of experience do you have? Do you have any work to show for your skills?

Also a lot of providers have been designing for over 15 years but they are still stuck doing the same old designs that no longer are appealing to the modern market. A good question for consumers is to ask the designer what knowledge of their niche do they have? Researching and knowing what sells in a certain market can be extremely beneficial and is what makes a designer so great.

One really good question to ensure your hiring the right person is to ask them for any customer testimonials. If a provider is good at what they do and appear to be excellent in customer relations they should have reviews from past clients saying how great or awesome their services were.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. If you need us to create a Website for you there are a lot of things you should have already figured out. Approximately how many pages will your site require? Are you willing to pay by the hour or are you looking for a fixed rate? What message should your site give to its viewers? And last but not least what do you want your website to do for you?

If you are looking for print designs it is best to keep in mind that what starts off a strong print design is a solid logo. Will you need us to create a logo for you? If so what will this logo be used for, Web and Print placement or are you looking to put this logo on billboards or large media? A print design is successful if it increases your company's awareness in the public eye. The public can immediately look at the design and see what it is you do, how you do it and lastly it shows them you take yourself seriously.
