Power Cleaning Pro just cleaned my section couch and carpet and did a great job. Cleaning technicians were professional, on time, polite and considerate. Literally every odor that had built up over the winter was removed, leaving the air quality cleaner than ever before and the carpet and upholstery fabric soft to the touch. I would have to recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch job at an honest price.

I HAD AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED FOR 8/2/12, BETWEEN 2 AND 3PM. I EVEN CALLED THE DAY BEFORE TO RE-CONFIRM AND CHECK PAYMENT METHODS. NO ONE SHOWED, ANSWERED MY REPEATED CALLS, OR RETURNED THE VOICEMAILS I LEFT ON LIONEL'S PHONE. BECAUSE OF YOUR EXTREME LACK OF RESPECT AND SERVICE, I WASTED 4 HOURS OF MY DAY AND HAVE TO PAY $248 IN APARTMENT CARPET FEES. I WILL BE TELLING THE ENTIRE MILITARY COMMUNITY TO TAKE THEIR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

i've hired this company a month ago for a carpet service since i had family coming to town. It was late notice but I was fortunate to have them squeeze me in within days for my session. They showed up on time, the pricing was fair to me and they explained thoroughly what was included in the service. The two gentlemen worked with no rush and I was overall satisfied with the service and their kindness. I'd definitely hire and recommend this company.
