- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Even though I have been planning events in Chicago for the past 4-years, I have decided to go through the Wedding Planning Certification program at the New York Institute of Art and Design. I feel that this will keep me current with trends and traditions, and give my clients a sense of comfort that I know what I am talking about.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Even if you don't have a planner, you need a day-of coordinator. I AM a planner and when I get married I will have a coordinator so my family and I can just focus on having a happy memorable day.
