A. Always check reviews online and past customer experiences. Especially with data recovery, you only have one chance to have it done right... don't gamble when it counts.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. It would be extremely helpful to understand that specs (ram, hard drive, etc.) are not everything. Build quality is king. There is a reason that a laptop with the same specs on special at a big box retailer is only $450, while a business class machine with the same specs is $2,000.

A. Ask about the satisfaction guarantee or warranty offered. Also ask about certifications and years of experience.
