Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. I suggest to them to ask plenty of questions. I would also tell them if possible speak to the owner or someone in management so they can get the best bang for their buck. If possible get names and number of customers they have already serviced.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. In my trade one of the inside secrets would be how to figure out if the movers that showed up aren't just burning up time. When your paying a company by the hour you want to make sure their employees are working at their full capacity.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. First of all you wanna make sure the company has a good reputation. You also want to get a rough estimate of the total cost of what you have to pay at the end of the day that way you don't get stuck with a lot of hidden fees.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. What there budget is for the job they need done. They also need to be as honest with me about what there total items are so I can give them a fair estimate.
