Have as much information together about your event as you can think of such as budget, location, Times and dates, type of or reason for event, number of people attending, How many hours would you like the event to be, etc Plan ahead! Waiting until last minute will cost more in the long run and you are likely to not get what you really want. If you like the service provided, refer that service to others-it will benefit you in the long run.
