About Evanston Painting by Paul Rapp

Paul Rapp Evanston Plastering Contractor removes your old plaster dust free and replaces it to ‘like new’ condition, whether we’re fixing a hole in the wall, or giving you a whole new wall.

Plaster restoration is one of the dirtiest jobs we do, but a necessary job. Not only do we have to deal with the grit of the plaster, but also decades of dust, mold and other contaminants which are released. We don’t fix one problem and create another.

We employ complete isolation of the work area, high-volume air exchangers which pull up to 99.9% air borne grit outside. We follow up with HEPA vacuums to remove all remaining traces of these contaminants from your home.

We take care to keep your house clean, and prevent these contaminants from invading the rest of your living space. This prevents grit from marring surfaces and settling on every surface. This is especially important to anyone with respiratory issues, or simply to anyone who wishes to keep dust, mold and grit out of their lungs.

Loose ceiling are especially dangerous, and a sagging ceiling can cause serious injury should they collapse. Our crews are trained in safe and clean removal procedures.
