We are a small boutique law firm nestled in the southern suburbs of Chicago. We bring value to our clients by solving problems, big and small. We have been in practice for over twenty years and have over 40 years of combined legal experience.

We have helped hundreds of clients with financial problems through the bankruptcy laws with Chapters 7 and 13, and now we are available to assist small business and individuals with Chapter 11 and even Chapter 12 for farmers. In addition, we can assist those individuals and businesses that have IRS tax issues that may need an offer and compromise, an installment agreement, a release of lien and other matters.

We also provide services in the areas of probate and family law, including decedents, disabled persons and minors guardianship estates, as well as drafting wills, trusts, small estate affidavits and other legal documents. We have extensive experience in dissolution of marriage, custody, support and visitation issues as well.

For those who may have had a traffic ticket or some driver's license problem, we are available to provide services to them as we are conveniently located near the Markham Courthouse. We even have helped people with criminal misdemeanors, and we have affiliations with criminal defense lawyers for those that need help with more serious cases.

We charge flat fees for our Chapter 7 bankruptcy service, ranging typically from $800.00 to $1,500.00 while Chapter 13 is per the schedule established by the Bankruptcy Court, according to its Model Retention Agreement. All other services are either hourly or a flat fee.
