An effective and safe Pilates workout is closely supervised and tailored to you, especially when injuries are present.
I take the time to get you working from your core, ensure you progress at the optimal rate for your body, and I'm experienced and comfortable working with injuries.
I love tailoring workouts to what each person's body needs, each time they come in - dialing back and deepening the fundamentals or revving up and pushing it to their next level.
