- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing typically depends on the type of video and package a couple wants. My pricing also reflects my experience level and the high level of quality and customer service that I try to provide to my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free consultation over the phone, Zoom or we can discuss the wedding event via email. Communication is always a good thing. I encourage you to ask questions and so I can understand your needs and what's important to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in video production and real world professional experience.
