Several years ago I was in severe pain from a pinched nerve and on pain medication. I was determined to work with someone who understood my issue to help gain muscle strength and get off the pain medication, When I started working with Steve at activation Fitness I was amazed at his knowledge of muscle mechanics. We worked 3 days a week and within 2 months I was pain free and stronger. I have continued to work with Steve 2 days a week and have built up my upper body and knee strength to the point of being able to carry my computer bag (no rolling bag needed) and play volleyball. Steve and Activation Fitness have been a positive life changing addition that I would recommend to anyone trying to build strength or help recovery from an injury.
