I was pretty much a first time yoga student. Pretti was fantastic, I felt the difference after a few sessions and continued to progress after each session. I would definitely recommend her for any level of yoga.

Preeti led a private yoga class for my Equinix company event. She led an amazing 1-hour long beginner yoga class for 15 of my co-workers. She started out with an amazing intro on yoga (in honor of International Yoga Day) and then led the yoga class introducing us to fundamental asanas and the breathing techniques. My colleagues loved the class and raved about it to everyone in our office. Even those completely unfamiliar with yoga enjoyed the class. I’d recommend anyone to work with Preeti for yoga! The process is simple. As a student he or she has to be committed to the classes and practice and as a teacher I believe in giving my 100%.

RYT 200, 2 months intensive Ashtanga yoga practice with Paramguru Sharath Jois, Mysore
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with complete beginners to intermediate level practitioners. The orientation to teach each individual is very different depending on the student’s goal and also I set my goals as a teacher along with the student.
