- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have some prepriced menu packages at our website but the majority of our events our custom created and priced accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask our clients a number of questions in order to created the best menu and event plan for their situation. For larger events and fully staffed home events we will do a site visit to insure that the event is a success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Paul and Ginger have both completed culinary apprenticeships and Ginger has a college degree in culinary arts as well as 80 years combined experience in the field.
