Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. The most important thing that all people should know shopping for air duct cleaning is "scam companies". The easiest way to spot a scam company is by price, if you took 10 air duct cleaning companies you would get a price range on a single furnace home between $50 and $700 which is a huge swing for the "same service" anything less than $250 I would suggest to stay away from these companies. I used to work for these companies as a duct cleaning technician. Five other companies and our job was to sell as much as possible, sanitizers air filters, coil cleanings. If we didnt sell we didnt make money! The bottom line is the same sub standard duct cleaning was performed, which is why I started my own duct cleaning company.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. If it wasn't for others companies in our industry, we wouldn't have the chance to service as many customers as we do! We often get our chance to service new customers after another company has been out to service. Our experience is over 11 years. All of our equipment is new!
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Meeting new people is what i like most about our air duct cleanings and dryer vent cleanings. We meet hundreds and thousands of new customers each year which is how we build on our refferal program. Word of mouth is the best way to advertise.
