I recently had Mark perform a home inspection for a property that I had contracted to purchase. Mark found over $50,000 in latent defects and I was able to withdraw my offer and avoid making a costly error. Mark was prompt, professional and very reasonably priced. Mark remodeled part of our basement and basically transformed it from a dingy old room into a very comfortable and attractive room. His work is exceptional - from the beginning to the end. He is thorough, pays great attention to detail and the finished product showed it.

i own income property as well as my own place. Mark has been doing great work for me for 20 years or so. from full kitchen and bath remodels to small jobs and emergency repairs, i never call anyone else because i know he will do a great job, troubleshoot for problems while he's here and always charge a fair price. if you need a reference about his work i'd be happy to oblige.
