A. Trust your gut, take the time to get to know your contractor, go for value, not just price. relationships count!

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I liken contractors to diamonds; you need to be able to trust them to do the work professionaly for a fair price. We deliver a great value for our clients and are committed to doing it right the first time!

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Know what they don't know and find the right person to assist them and let that person really assist them.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We are committed to excellence in delivering quality, serve, and performance to our customers and communicating throughout the project whether it is a two month long basement remodel or a half day door painting opportunity.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. The opportunity to assist folks in enhancing or renewing their space so they can get more utility and enjoyment from their investment - and seeing their eyes light up when we are finished!

A. What should I expect and how does the process work?

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. Was able to recently assist a man whose wife had to go into a home and he was selling his house. we helped spruce it up for sale. This was truly serving my fellow man. This is why we do what we do.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. Good contractors are very valuable and should be respected. They work with subcontractors time and again and their judgements are based on relationships, not just money. The real value of a contractor is his ability to manage the subs and the process and deliver the project on time and on budget.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. Love of accomplishment, helping people, creating a tangible result that you can point to when you look back on your work and achievements.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. Just finished a HydroStop roof application on a church in lake forest that had numerous leaks and really needed someone that could general and do some of the work and deliver a project on time, on budget and was willing to do extra to thank them for their business.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Always attending webinars, doing networking, reading, and following news to keep up to date.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. "Green" revolution will push more potential customers to look at our energy saving, cost efficient roofing solutions.
