Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Look for a fully insured company that belongs to a number of trade associations such as us. Check customer references as this is good indicator of the companies overall customer satisfaction. Make sure you compare estimates carefully as to the scope of work and product to be used.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We take pride in our work and it shows.Our meticulous preparation of all surfaces prior to any painting is what sets us apart from most other painting companies. Poor or sloppy preparation and applilication of coatings leaves a less than desirable finished product. Our craftspeople are continually trained in coatings application,safety and customer service.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love seeing our clients smile at the completion of their project because this tells me we have done our job. Being able to turn a client into a friend as a result of our outstanding service is very fulfilling. We love to turn customer needs and problems into solutions.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Will you help us select colors? Yes we offer a free color consultation with every client.
What about the paint smell etc..? We are able to offer many "Green" low and no odor paints that are VOC (volatile organic chemicals)compliant so you can rest easy.
Do you use subcontractors or employees? We have a staff of fully trained craftspeople who undergo background checks
Are you insured? Yes we are fully insured, including workmens compensation and liability insurance.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. Not all painting bids are the same. A low quote may mean the contractor is using cheaper materials or has to finish the job sooner and forego some of the quality for a given job to be profitable. This results in an unsatisfactory job. We know the time it takes to prepare and apply a wide variety of coatings. We will never sacrifice quality to get complete our projects. We value great clients and our over 80% referral rate tells us they appreciate our work. Many companies do not have employees but rather use subcontracted labor under their nameplate. Using our own employees gives us far greater controll over the quality of our finished work giving the customer greater satisfaction.
