- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for a fully insured company that belongs to a number of trade associations such as us. Check customer references as this is good indicator of the companies overall customer satisfaction. Make sure you compare estimates carefully as to the scope of work and product to be used.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Not all painting bids are the same. A low quote may mean the contractor is using cheaper materials or has to finish the job sooner and forego some of the quality for a given job to be profitable. This results in an unsatisfactory job. We know the time it takes to prepare and apply a wide variety of coatings. We will never sacrifice quality to get complete our projects. We value great clients and our over 80% referral rate tells us they appreciate our work. Many companies do not have employees but rather use subcontracted labor under their nameplate. Using our own employees gives us far greater controll over the quality of our finished work giving the customer greater satisfaction.
