- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
General Pricing: See website or contact us for a specific price quote. Mid-Day visits ( 25-30mins, Monday through Friday, 10:30am-3pm) $16.00 per visit Vacation Care (25 mins, Typically 3 visits per day for Dogs, 2 Dogs included) $16.00 per visit Cat Care ( up to 4 cats and 1 visit per day) $16.00 Prices vary and may be adjusted based on your needs. This is just a basic price list.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a free meet and greet visit before we care for any new clients. This is a chance to go over routines and see how the pet responds to us. This visit must be done at least 3 days before service starts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Took an online veterinary assistant course. Have owned pets my whole life. Professionally caring for animals since 2005. Constantly researching pets in my spare time.
