Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. The 3 major categories are: -

People who want to update their homes -

An investor who wants to prepare a property for sale or lease -

Sellers who have been presented with a list by a home inspector so they can complete their pending sale -

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Customer satisfaction is my #1 priority - it always has been. For most people, their house is not only a big investment, but it's their home.

I always keep that in mind when I come for an appointment, I am not entering a work site, but a home.

By honestly and respectfully caring for the home, the customer will be satisfied not only with the work, but with the experience.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. It always interesting, and enables me to seamlessly create workable, livable solutions for my clients.

The work itself is satisfying - seeing a job well done is a source of personal pride. Even more important is the homeowner.
Knowing that the homeowner relies on me to get the job done, and has placed his/her trust in me to complete the job on time and on budget prompts me to always try to exceed expectations in the hope that the client will call again - knowing that he/she will receive the best work and the best completed project.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. This work was a natural progression of my extensive work in rehabbing homes that I own.

It is a matter of both personal satisfaction in a job well done, and feeling of accomplishment in making a house more of a home for friends and clients.
