Mr. Osgood provides an exemplary service. Before we even met, he responded within minutes to every message, worked very hard to work with my personal schedule, answered my questions comprehensively and professionally, and was even early for our appointment! During the CPR/AED class, he was patient, thorough, extraordinarily professional and made the entire experience a positive one, leaving me feeling informed and prepared.
