Very professional, friendly and clean. Did a great job of explaining the condition of my chimney and then recommendations on issues that needed to be addressed along with ballpark estimates of what the cost should be for items that they couldn't do themselves. Would definitely recommend them. Price was very reasonable as well.

Derrick quickly assessed the problem and offered the remedy steps which he and his assistant took in less than 2 hours. There is a contingency plan he outlined in the event the condensation problem on the fireplace wall re-occurs. He took the time for a full explanation and in answering our questions. I would highly recommend this company

They don't respond through Thumbtack and instead call you over and over again. The rep doesn't even read the request in Thumbtack so you have to explain everyone to them again. The rep then told me they don't even handle fireplace work and only handle chimneys and that I should talk to a fireplace retail store instead. I told them they should update their settings in Thumbtack so they don't show up for fireplace work but it's clearly a large call center where nobody cares...

called them to clean the dryer vents in my new condo, it turns out the previous owner hadn't cleaned them ever so it ended up costing a lot more than I was expecting but the service was great easy to schedule and the technicians were great

The guys were nice and very professional, but it was very expensive! They were the only company that bid on the job so I had no choice.
