Answered promptly. Showed up on time. Professional. Clean. Tidy up after themselves. Quick. Friendly. Did work, re- did rodding to ensure flow. A plus all around. Price was very competitive (plumbing isn't cheap) and they stuck to the price quoted. I hope I don't ever need them again , but if I do they will be the first choice. Read their reviews , new to Thumbtack not new to Angie's list or Home Advisor. They earn the 5 stars and then some. Really appreciate the no b.s approach to repair. No add-on branch lines or nonsense charges. Hope they expand to remodeling bathrooms they have the skillsets and fine professional attitude to be A to Z integrated for repair, install, and upgrade. Had some difficulty getting back to me but once we reconnected, was prompt. Jospeh and John were awesome! Did a fantastic job with the bathtub stem valve replacement and unclogging our sink. Will use them again! I reccomened using them!

A1 Sewer went above and beyond on my job. I needed an old garbage disposal and faucet removed, with new pipes and new faucet installed. I was not prepared for them and did not have many of the items they needed to complete the job. They were very patient with me , making two separate trips to Home Depot to make sure the job was completed correctly with the right parts. Highly recommend their services for any plumbing needs.

Had a clogged toilet. They fixed it in 10 minutes, but the price was extremely high as others commented. They wanted to charge $350, but knocked off $50 for a "new customer discount" once we pushed back on the price. I did get quotes from 2 other plumbers subsequently and they said it would have been $200 or less. The serviceman were professional and got the job done quickly but the same job could have been done elsewhere for much less.
